Can complete beginners do your kits?
Hell yeah! Our crochet kits are specifically designed to help beginners learn the art of crocheting with ease. We understand that starting a new skill can feel intimidating, but rest assured that our kits are crafted with a clear and detailed step-by-step guide, along with all the necessary materials you need to get started.

A pre-started crochet piece, so you can jump right into practicing the main techniques
An easy way to restart in case you make a mistake (which you probably will, and that's totally OK!)

Can kids do your kits?
It’s the answer we all dread – it depends. Our kits are made for kids 12+. Some factors that affect how easily a child can learn how to crochet are: how much they dabble in arts and crafts already, how much hand-eye coordination they have, and how well they can learn physical skills from either video or photo + written content.

How long does a beginner kit take?
Everyone crochets at a different speed. We've heard from complete beginners, that our beginner kits take anywhere between 3-8 hours.

Feeling a little nervous? Don't be! If you make a mistake,

1) know this is totally normal whenever you're learning something new, and

2) you can always just tug on the yarn connected to the yarn ball to reset to the pre-started piece. 

Shipping
1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, and free shipping if your order amount is more than 49 USD.

2. Where do you ship goods from?
We have a warehouse in California. It depends on the situation of the warehouse.

3. What is the shipping time?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time:
Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 3–5 days.

Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination orders are shipped, which usually take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

4. How do I track my package?

You can track your parcel via the Confirmation Email.

Payment & Ordering

1.What payment terms you can accept?
We can accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

2. My payment was declined, why?

If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases), etc. In any event, by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.
Solutions: Try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method.

3. How do I cancel my order?
Only unshipped orders may be canceled. Cancellation may be done either through email or by telephone. A refund will be issued accordingly if a card is charged.

4. Is my information secure using this site?

Absolutely!!! Our Secure Software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

5. What if my address is wrong?

If your address is not available, we will send you an email or call you. Please be sure to check your email within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do everything we can to fufill your order.

2.How do I return a product?

Once you have alerted us you wish to make a return through an email contact. We will email you a link to start the easy return process.

3. What's your return policy?

For physical goods, you have 14 days to return it from the date you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for return shipping. To start a return, you must email

All pattern sales are final. No refund is offered once the file is sent or downloaded.
